Default Mill Rythe, Hayling Island in film (showing tonight)

Just a note that the Warner Mill Rythe, Hayling Island (also known as Sunshine) camp featured in the film Confessions of a Holiday Camp - which is making a rare showing tonight on Paramount 2 at 23:40.

the IMDB gives it a very low rating, but if you remember the camp, you'll probably see lots of it.

Ah its a top film I have the DVD box set and I met Robin Askwith a few years ago when he was in Panto. The Confessions series is often shown on Paramount Comedy and occasionally Channel 5, its a part of British Social history.

There are some great views of the camp in this film, incuding the pool where like Butlins had glass at the bottom so people coud watch the swimmers.

Mill Rythe is now owned by Hollybush Hotels, my mum and dad are going later in the summer for the first time, im arming them with a camera!!

First and only time I tried Karyoke was at this camp (never again). Anyone know where 'Holiday on the buses' was filmed?
